Retry the preview once, confirm you are using a current desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox window, and keep the original file available.
What diagnostics include
The downloaded text file contains the FrameFix version, page, browser capability signals, language, and time. It does not contain your selected file, filename, image, video frame, slide, selection coordinates, or cleaned output.

The public support mailbox is still being configured. Until it is published here, keep the diagnostics file and retry the operation in a current desktop browser. Do not send source media to an unverified address.
